    I placed an order for my son's birthday last weekend. When I initially went to pick up the cake there had been a mistake and the wrong cake had been made but it was rectified within minutes and the customer service was fantastic, it was explained that it was a trainee from another store that took my original order and she had noted down the wrong code. The man couldn't have been more helpful in getting the correct cake sorted for me as quick as possible and it was absolutely delicious and enjoyed by everyone. I will definitely be ordering myself a birthday cake in a few months time and definitely recommend the cake box for any occasion. Thankyou cake box and to the man who sorted this out for me.
